I’ve spent the last decade working with teams, managers and leaders to find better ways of working, build stronger teams, create more inclusive environments and turn good intentions into meaningful, lasting change. I’m particularly interested in how to bring people along on the journey of cultural change, helping leaders connect the dots between their ambitions and what it takes to make a real difference. I enjoy finding ways to bring people with different perspectives together and turning big ideas into action!

I’m particularly fascinated by intergenerational working and the opportunities (and challenges!) that come with bringing different generations together. Having researched the topic with the University of Bristol, built an intergenerational network in the UK’s largest bank and run a range of reverse mentoring programmes, I love helping people learn from one another and build stronger working relationships.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me listening to live music, taking photos or eating my way around Bristol’s delicious food spots with my friends and partner. I also love to travel and, having grown up in Asia, spend a lot of my time planning my next trip there!
