My time at hgkc was centred on one guiding principle: supporting people to make better decisions, especially when the answer wasn’t clear. This principle underpins my PhD research. It has fuelled my passion for understanding the high-stakes decisions of seasoned entrepreneurs, focusing on the critical moment when they move from thinking to acting and on what happens afterwards. 

When I’m not immersed in my research, curiosity never rests, and I stay connected through mentoring and networking. I spend downtime outdoors as much as possible, enjoying the UK’s history and landscapes, and sometimes those further afield.
