Following a career at executive level, including 9 years as Managing Director for a technology business in the built environment, I know how challenging running a business is - and how lonely it can be at the top of an organisation. 

Now experienced as external advisor and non-exec director, I enjoy providing this support and challenge to other business leaders - giving them the confidence to make the decisions that are right for them.

Outside of work I'm a lifelong country girl, and enjoy exploring the local Mendip Hills and further afield, usually with my crazy cockapoo. Otherwise, I spend my downtime keeping fit, catching up with friends, watching rugby or going back to my linguist roots – I’m currently learning Japanese. I enjoy challenging myself!
